Claire has actually been fully capable to walking for months now, she just hasn't had initiative. She would walk when it suited her, but it was too slow and difficult to make it her main form of transportation. I haven't known when to say she is walking since crawling is the preferred method, but lately she is getting much better and trying harder, so we are claiming victory.
