Gone Fishin'

My girls love the PBS kids show Caillou. In this show, there are several episodes where Caillou goes fishing with his grandpa. Since they have seen this, the girls have been asking to go fishing with Grandpa. Grandpa was finally in town this week and agreed to take the girls fishing. We went to Vivian Park in Provo Canyon where there is a little stocked pond that my mom has taken lots of kids through the years to. It was an amazing day to be outside. My grandparents and Janell decided to come.

There was a minute of excitement when we hooked one

But the line broke and it got away

Even though we left empty handed, we had a great day
